5 week weight loss plan
I am really in need of help, I want to get in beach body shape and I have only 5 weeks to do it! does anyone have a really good and safe 5 week weight loss plan I can use?

Eat 6 small meals each day, so try to eat every 2 to 3 hours as this will also help to keep you blood sugar levels steady all day. But most importantly do cardio for at least 45min 3 days a week, and once you build up your cardio you should up it to 5 days a week. |
