I have been doing a walking/ jogging interval for two weeks now. I roughly do this for 4 miles a day. I eat small healthy meals yet I am not losing any weight. What is the reason for this?
For two to three weeks I have been doing a jogging/ walking interval that I was told would help me lose weight quicker. I do this for an hour. 5 min. of walking and 5 of jogging. I eat two healthy, but small meals a day. i can't seem to lose any weight.
