Is your "tummy pooch" fat or just loose skin from losing so much weight? if it is fat then you just have to stick with it, if it is lose skin then surgery is the inly real fix for that.

In terms of the fat lose your body might be adapting to your training, so switch it up and do so different cardio exercises, or try sprinting or anaerobic training instead of aerobic(regular cardio)

Andrew - thanks for your response! I'm taking a chance in sounding completely ignorant - but how do you know for sure whether it's mostly fat or loose skin? I would think at this stage, there is probably both, only because I have been able to shed a lot of weight, but I'm not quite to my goal. Also - could you explain anaerobic training a bit more? Would this be exercises like yoga? Or strength training using balance/body weight? Thanks again!
