I work tuesday - thursday + saturday which is somewhat physically demanding. I want to focus on push ups and chin ups, but i need proper rest Which days should i do my push ups? Which days should i do my chin ups? Should i do them on the same day?
I think that my over working has made my working out counterproductive so i need to know which days i should workout and which days i shouldnt so that i get proper rest so that i get results.
