Muscle Spasms in Back
I need help badly! I think I hurt my back because for about 1 week now I have been experiencing muscle spasms in my back, and they won't go away. I have tried pain killers but nothing at all.
anyone have any ideas why I have muscle spasms in back?

Had the same, doctor told me to relax more, and stop stressing out. Her advice was heat pads, they actually worked quiet well. Also exercising and streching did wonders and I dont get them anymore |

THE BEST ADVICE: GO TO THE DOCTOR. You have to do and do it ASAP. You need MRI. |

Did you hurt it in the gym, or what were you doing when you noticed the muscle spasms in your back for the first time? Normally skeletal muscle goes into spasm to help splint an injured area of the body, so most likely you hurt something in your back and the muscles are reacting to this and trying to splint the area to prevent movement to help prevent further injury or damage to that area in your back. |
