Why is interval training so effective? |:|?
I'm a girl,14,5'5,136.5 pounds.Every other day,I do jumping jacks for 10 secs, followed by 10 secs of nothing,and repeat for twenty mins.Then jumping jacks for one min and walk round the house to stretch.I've never been great at controlling my appetite,more interested in calories(1700 a day, averaged out)but recently,it's become even harder!D:Just wondering if you could give me an idea how many calories burnt per workout, and how it's so effective when you actually get to stop in between?:)x
