Will protein shake make me gain weight?
I am 25-35 pounds overweight. So i do cardio 6 days a week and also 4-5 times weight lifting a week. I eat well and also have a protein shake after my weigh lifting sessions. Will the protein make it harder for me to loose weight since i already have my protein dose in the foods i eat?

Yes, that is possible. But if your looking more to lose inches not weight you should be fine, muscle weighs more than fat so if your building muscle at the same time your losing fat you might not see the results on the scale but will in the sizes of your clothes. |
