focus on mid section weight?
I am 31 yrs old and weigh 205 lbs. I have two kids one natural and the other by c-section. I have been going to the gym for 4 months now and have lost 13 lbs. I go 4-5 days a week doing 30 mins cardio and 15 mins weight training. I see the results in my legs, hips and butt. Is there anything i can focus on the mid section? My torso?
