want to bodybuild but can't eat the required amount of meals
Hi I am a bit of a chubby guy and I want to start bodybuilding. I regularily go to the gym in the mornings a few days a week. I try and work different body parts as needed but I really don't have the time to have the six plus meals a day. The reason I can't eat that many meals is because of my work schedule. There is no way around the meal part, you have to eat every two hours or so to keep your body in an anabolic state and stop it from breaking down muscle tissue to get the amino acids it needs. Answered by bodybui... 1 month ago

Brother if you are not going to eat enough there is no point on working out! I would suggest that you do some reading about meal replacements and protein shakes as they can replace a meal and your don't have to prepare anything and they fit anywhere. Answered by bodybui... 1 month ago
